A tournament — from entry to protocol

Recurve, Compound and Barebow; qualification, elimination brackets, sets and shoot-offs under the World Archery rulebook. Scores are entered at the target and results appear at once — no laptop in the corner and no paper tables.

About

World Archery rules — built in

Distances, target faces, arrow counts, sets and ties are taken from the World Archery rulebook (version 15.08.2026). Who enters the bracket, who meets whom and who places where is decided the same way as at an international event.

Benefits

Everything a tournament needs

01

Club entries

Clubs enter their athletes in the right bow and class. Gender and age are checked at once.

02

Qualification

Ends of 6 arrows outdoors and 3 indoors, totals, 10s and Xs — the ranking updates after every end.

03

Seeded brackets

Brackets of 8–104 athletes built from qualification ranks, with byes.

04

Sets and totals

Recurve and Barebow play sets to 6 points, Compound counts totals; teams and mixed teams follow their own rules.

05

Ties done right

Ranking ties go to X and 10 (10 and 9 at 18 m); a shoot-off decides a qualifying place.

06

Scoring at the target

The target judge enters arrows on a phone or tablet; if the connection drops, nothing is lost.

07

Signed protocols

A signed protocol cannot be changed: a correction is a new edition, history stays in the archive.

08

Appeals per Book 2

15 minutes to appeal, a fee, the decision is recorded; an open appeal blocks signing.

09

Any device

Runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet and phone; installs as an app on the home screen.

Every ten counts

72 arrows — and sometimes a single X decides who is seeded higher. The system never gets totals, seeding or protocols wrong.

How it works

Four steps to the podium

  1. 1

    Announce

Create a tournament: dates, venue, events by bow, class and distance, entry deadlines.

  2. 2

    Collect entries

Clubs enter athletes; the system checks gender and age.

  3. 3

    Run the rounds

Qualification, brackets, sets and shoot-offs — the system builds the next match itself.

  4. 4

    Sign and publish

Once the protocol is signed, final places and award sheets are ready.
